New Delhi team and is looking for outstanding entrepreneurial business

game-changing solutions to clients.
The Engagement Managers are required to lead
consulting engagements focused at shaping solutions for some of
today’s most pressing global issues. The ideal candidates should be
seeking to build a career in the rapidly-emerging field of business
sustainability and strategic environmental management and be keen to
join a start-up and share in the rewards (and pangs) of institution

Position deliverables:
The role envisages the following activities:
1. End-to-end delivery responsibility for engagements:
- Monitoring the timely and cost-effective
management of client projects (tracking deliverables, timelines, and
progress against goals) and managing and coaching junior team members
- Developing impactful client recommendations and
delivering them through world-class written and oral presentations
2. Undertake relevant field work for various projects
and provide on ground operational support to cKinetics’ partners and
clients, while coordinating with clients and team members in India &
across the globe.
3. Building on relationships with potential and
existing clients and be responsible for the business development in
the assigned areas
4. Participating in internal initiatives relating to
thought leadership, client service, or team development
About you:
- You must have a strong character and are looking to join a

You must have:
- A Masters degree and 6-10 years of relevant work experience in
business strategy and organizational leadership. Management
consulting experience at a highly respected firm strongly preferred
- An understanding of the sustainability,
environmental and/or energy domain issues including emerging areas of
GHG (Green House Gas) emission control and climate change adaptation
measures. Experience in change management or product innovation a plus
- An ability to work ‘hands-on’ and multi-task in an
energetic start-up environment
- Demonstrated ability to be an individual contributor
as also work in teams.

Role: Business Manager, Integrated Media Division
cKinetics is looking for an exceptional live-wire
professional with a background in product management and/or revenue
management of a business publication, information portal or
syndicated industry research group, and a passion for sustainability
issues.
The right candidate should be:

2. Able and willing to take on a disproportionate level of
responsibility
The candidate would be supporting the build out of the
Access and Insights practice of the firm. The Access and Insights
practice produces industry leading initiatives such as
Sustainability Outlook,
India Carbon Outlook and
Parivartan Awards and also
publishes state of the sector reports from time to time.
Role:
The selected person will join cKinetics’ Access and Insights practice.
This multi-disciplinary entrepreneurial role encompassing the tasks of
a product manager as well as a publisher envisages the following
activities:
- Building and executing on the business plan for
the Integrated media division across multiple platforms and
products: offline fora, online sites, quarterly publications and
state of sector reports.
- Business development and revenue responsibility for
the division.
- Content generation and community building for the
various information marketplaces.
- Providing logistical support for the round-tables
and workshops amongst other activities.
About you:
- You are exceptional at business development and
have demonstrated a passion in wanting to build a media forum
across online and offline variants.

Role: Internships
cKinetics provides internship opportunities very
selectively to students in Masters Degree Programs only. Internships
are for 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Kindly do not apply for
periods shorter than 3 months.
Internship projects are decided every 6 months and
cKinetics visits selected campuses where the projects are made public.
You should be in one of the following streams of
education:

International candidates looking to work in Sustainability
cKinetics offers 6-12 month internship opportunities
for international professionals with a sustainabiliy related areas:
Sustainable Products, Resource Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Energy
Efficiency, Cleantech and Policy.
The internship will provide an opportunity to get an
intense on-the-ground experience in India; and see approaches to
balance rapid growth along with sustainable consumption of natural
resources.
Logistics
1. We offer a stipend (it will be comparable to what we pay
to candidates in India).

logistics
