cKinetics is proud to declare its continued support of, and adherence to, the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact across our operations since 2010. Since 2014-15, we also provide disclosure as per formats suggested by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (and adopted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India for the top 1000 listed companies in India). Our disclosure is voluntary and perhaps amongst the first by an unlisted firm and we hope to continue building the firm on these principles.
In the USA, cKinetics is registered as a Benefit Corporation in the State of California and was one of the first to incorporate under this new statute in 2012. This enables us to be mission driven and pursue our objective of enhancing shareholder value as well as maximizing a positive impact for our society and environment.
